Really upset with the service from prostone, I came in last week to order blocks pavers for a driveway i was doing , I came to the yard and asked specifically for any blocks that they had plenty of stock in , I was given a brochure and they marked the blocks they had loads in , I ordered and paid , then in delivery gave me a pack and a half of completely the wrong colour , and was told they no longer have the correct colour in stock, leaving me out of pocket for more materials and workers standing around with nothing to do costing me a lot of money. Rang up to tell them about how I felt but they where unable to accept liability or even help me with assisting me in the right direction of a supplier who had them.

Got let down badly by these last minute yesterday. Had an order booked for delivery Tuesday which was planned last week. Got the job ready but got a call 5pm day before delivery saying they didn't have the slabs. I only placed the order because I was told in person that they had these physically in stock. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend. They were cheap but I'd rather pay more for a more reliable service. Won't be using or recommending again.
