Went to see Sarah at ProSport following a knee injury. Had an excellent free assessment with advice on exercises then a couple of treatment sessions. Went from not being able to weight bear to pain free skiing in 4 weeks. Brilliant! would definitely recommend ProSport physio, very professional, explained everything and followed up with videos of the prescribed exercises

These guys have been awesome and have saved my neck, literally! Couldn’t drive or pick my son up! Working was painful and I was only able to do light duties! I’ve had physio with Sarah and a massage, honestly even though it’s taken a long time to get right I am amazed at the results! Well worth the money to be pain free and always enjoy going.

I rarely write reviews but I'm appalled. Went in with my partner after booking a first consultation appointment over the phone. From what we had seen (signs offering free consultations/assessments outside) and from what we had been told, this appointment was supposedly meant to be free for an initial assessment, and so we thought it would be good for my partner to go in to be assessed. Don’t get me wrong, the lady was lovely, however, at the end of the session we were told we had to pay £75. The appointment lasted from 7:45 until around 8:20, so we paid £75 for approximately 35 minutes. I am in shock. We were never told on the phone or via email that this would be a charged appointment, the person on the phone who booked in the appointment never once mentioned that there was the free assessment and a paid assessment. So basically we left feeling conned and due to this experience my partner is choosing not go forward with any sessions and is going to cancel any they have booked in. False advertising, unclear. To top it off the manager has denied a refund, just offered a free session (which if they can offer a free session surely they can refund the cost of a session instead? Considering we went to what we thought was a free consultation not a session?) and I also have an email from them confirming that they do offer a free consultation for a first appointment, so why were we put on the £75 one?

My experience with the staff at pro sport physiotherapy has been excellent I had a major back problem just a couple of weeks before going on a family holiday and I was really struggling to walk I explained my condition and they understood immediately my needs and got me moving again in time to go The videos they sent me also helped massively I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend pro sport physiotherapy Thanks Oli & Sarah
