I'm yet to receive my monetary incentive from my mortgage provider Accord from Emma Lovell at prosperity Law LLP. My house sale went through a month ago and so far my emails and calls have been ignored and I'm still trying to get the money owed to me AFTER sending Bacs details weeks ago! Can't say the communication from day one was great, weeks/months went by without any contact, I Would not recommend.

Shereena Morris was our conveyancer for our recent property move for both buying and selling. She was absolutely superb with the whole process for both properties. Communication and guidance were excellent, emails always responded to the same day and when required a telephone call. It was very easy to build a professional relationship with Shereena and dealing with all the documentation went very smoothly. When she had a few days leave, I was given the name and contact details for the person covering for her. In our particular case when a situation occurred with the solicitor at the top of our chain which threatened the chain collapsing, Shereena went above and beyond and worked with other solicitors in the chain helping to ensure we got our move over the line. I can’t recommend her enough and are still very grateful to her to be in our new home.
