These people threatened to section me if I did not cooperate with them despite having done nothing to suggest I would not. Having dealt with these people in the past they really should be shut down and loose their license to operate as I have had nothing but trouble from these people and will be glad to see the back of them

My partner is in there at the moment due to having a breakdown and now being diagnosed with ADHD. I booked a visit, turned up and Isaac from Sorrell ward was extremely rude and patronising. He said it wasn't in the book (which is wasn't because it wasn't written in) and kept talking over me telling me the procedure. I knew the procedure hence why I called and booked it in. He was grinning the whole time knowing how upset we both were. Instead of trying to resolve the situation he just kept repeating himself again while grinning. I took in some bits of food, vape etc which was checked by a member of staff Isaac then chose to take the vape off my partner saying it wasn't allowed. Another one of the patients there let him their phone to facetime us as he was feeling down and wanted to see his family and guess what Isaac AGAIN interfered and said to the patient if you do it again you will go in seclusion. I feel some staff like to try and trigger reactions from patients they don't like. I told him I was going to make a complaint and he said I threatened him. Which they have cameras everywhere so this can be shown I didn't. If you are going to employ staff then maybe employ people who are sympathetic and know how to deal with certain situations with people who are poorly. I will take this further as he is continuing to make life hell in there for my partner instead of helping him.

Went in as a voluntary patient. the nurse and staff here ignore the acts and legislation they are bound by. they ignored my request for self discharge after a fortnight, once my personal crisis had passed. the nurses would then ignore anything i said.. but once i got my mobile out and started to record the conversations i was ley out within an hour. this is a crooked establishment and not suitable to provide care for those in a vulnerable position. Additionally.. no actual treatment was provided other than meds, which the doctor prescribed without actually seeing me and assessing. I guarantee you that you'd be better off with friends or in my case deal with things alone as places like this seem more interested in detaining patients unlawfully so they can continue claiming the money the gov pay each day for each an inpatient. avoid at all costs

I've been discharged from prospect park hospital and I noticed that I missing my I.D,,, documents,,, brand new clothes aprox £250 etc. All the items was talking from me and placed in a safety box,,, so perhaps a member of staff knows something about it but can't on up. For the last two weeks Im trying to talk to the manager of Daisy Ward but being ignored. So I've informed the police so they can get some answers. I'm hoping for positive outcome to put an end to this for myself and others that it happens too. Please try not to take things of interest,,, value.
