What a fab service. I have recently used Prosharpe to sharpen my kitchen knife set. It could not have been easier. I just packaged my knives, sent them through the post, paid on line and they were returned within a week as sharp as when I first bought them. I'm so pleased with the result and wonderful service. First class, efficient and professional service from Prosharp Sharpening in Hayle ! I phoned out of the blue to enquire about having 4 knives sharpend, half an hour later I dropped them off, then returned an hour later to collect. Well what can I say, all 4 knives are super sharp and with mirror finish to the bevel, happy days !!! I will most definitely recommend, and certainly be using Prosharp again, top notch service ! 😃

Tom and has effectively resurrected my current Joewell shears after they had received a terrible job by a local cowboy scissor sharpening service. I recently ordered some dressmaking scissors, when I asked asking why they were dragging my fabric, I had a very fast response saying that I ordered the wrong scissors (which was totally my mistake) but when I returned the email asking for advice on another pair I did not get a reply so fortunately I will have to look elsewhere. Not good customer service as I am also a hairdresser and would have bought my next hairdressing pair from here if I had a response.
