Avoid. The cleaning job was not up to scratch and the customer service was extremely poor. We got an end-of-tenancy cleaning service from them and the inventory company still held us liable for further cleaning to the kitchen and bathroom because the service provided by Surrey Cleaning Services was not sufficient. When we complained to the company we received an abusive, accusatory email in response. All in all, a disaster. A RESPONSE TO THE REPLY BELOW: No, there was no damage, you must be thinking of a different case. Our complaints were with the dirt you left on the living room floor and in the bathroom. The cobwebs you overlooked, the mould you left in the bathroom, the uncleanliness of the kitchen. The fact you didn't defrost the freezer as agreed because you arrived too late to get it done in time. I could go on.
