    Disgusting service and communication. Never returns calls and makes excuses to meet and is never in the office. Rent is never transferred on time and several calls need to be made and messages sent to even get rent. Even then it takes weeks. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Not sure what we pay her for!!

    MINUS 5 STARS! The most pathetic excuse for estate agents I have ever come across! Shockingly bad customer service. Never ever return phone calls. I am paying for a unit I cannot even access. I'm still waiting for key to the yard where I rent my business unit, and have been waiting for over 2 YEARS. You couldn't make it up. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

    This is our first and only visit to property lounge as the ladies who work there have made it possible for my family to have a home for xmas,i work with people and i have never come across such a wonderful kindhearted caring person as wendy, she is a true asset to property lounge and we owe her a lot more than a thank you along with sharon we have been able to acquire a home,somewhere my family can feel save and secure. so this is my way of saying thank you both. both of you are truly one of a kind. flowers and choclates and pressies will with you both soon.thank you for everything .. yours Anna-Marie and Darren. x
