Booked for an inspection and was lucky enough to recieve one on the same day. Inspector was ontime approachable and very knowledgeable in his field gave lovely advice. My report came promptly and quite luckily the day he advised and a detailed breakdown of my home and and appropriate housing capabilities much to my surprise. He was quick but thorough which showed in the report. There was even a photo of the outside of my home which was a nice personalised touch and in my opinion added authenticity.
