Kamil did an excellent job from start to finish. As a first time buyer I was a bit lost but I was in excellent hands. We had a super aggressive timeline but Kamil kept things moving on both sides. Every time I started to feel a bit worried he would magically pop up in my inbox or call with a quick update. I’m sure the seller must have been similarly impressed. On picking up my keys I joked that I would see him in 5 years to sell - he’ll definitely be my first call if/when that time comes.

Property Inc exceeded my expectations of estate agents, especially Jamil and Jonathan! My old property was on the market with a large, well known chain who weren't being proactive to get viewings in. When I found the new property I wanted to buy listed with Property Inc, Jamil offered to take on selling my old property too, to help put me in the best position of securing the new property. Immediately, I had lots more interest and viewings on my old property, and a sale was agreed. Despite the new property having interest from multiple parties, including chain free first time buyers and people offering higher, Jamil helped assure the seller that I was a serious buyer, and the benefits of them managing the chain with my sale and purchase together to avoid issues, and the purchase was agreed. Jonathan was responsive throughout and helpful chasing my slow solicitor. Thanks guys!

I used Property Inc to sell my property in Wood Green. From the start both Sagar and Kamil were a great help, they went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. Property Inc was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful they did! I had valuations from some of the bigger Estate Agents in the area, but they all had a distinct lack of passion, something that cannot be said for Property Inc. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell in the area.
