The Commercial Director initials M.J. is horrible. Extremely antagonistic. If you ask a question such as: " have you cleaned that type of rug before eg. A sisal rug" he replied aggressively, sarcastically and caustically.... " I can't remember off hand but we are experts, we've cleaned Buckingham Palace, houses in Kensington". If we damage it we're fully insured! Charming!!! I was simply asking about the method they use. Not questioning their expertise. In fact I had seen a good cleaning job in my ie. rental flat they did for my tenant so I was not asking if they are any good. I already liked the standard I saw. However, I was thoroughly 100% put off and will not be using them. If it's too much to ask questions and you're met with arrogance or bolshiness can you imagine what dealing with them on the job would be like! I'm scared to find out so I'll let them continue cleaning Buckingham Palace!
