    Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve been left with no heating and no hot water with a baby in the house. They’ve told me this on New Year’s Day, and that I’m not to expect someone to come out till Tuesday when they can reallocate back to my estate agents. Absolutely do not care. It seems to be more of a tick in the box service for estate agents rather than a team that will actually help out of hours. They basically told me they’ll be nobody available to help.

    Utterly useless. Been waiting 7 hours for a call back. Been cut off repeatedly and still no sign of the emergency plumber they promised. No heating and no hot water. Letting agent and landlord no doubt happy with this service.
