I was a client in November three years ago, but it was a truly horrible experience. I bought a pack of individual classes. The teacher was not from and English speaking country and spoke with an accent (how ironic), while teaching me pronunciation with her accent. They “forgot” about my appointments twice, which resulted in me waiting outside the building for hours on a rainy night until they picked up the phone to inform me no one will be seeing me because they forgot. Upon requesting a refund, they informed me that they can send it to the same account which I used to purchase the classes, BUT at the time that account was hacked and I had to access to it. And I did explain the situation to them, but they said “nothing can be done in this case, we will send the money to that bank account, bye”. Until today I don’t have access to the refunded money but it never bothered these frauds.

As for me lessons with Zainab were the most exciting expirience! She is very talented teacher who can explain in an academic way all the details to make them available for everybody. A lot of examples, great book (hope nw video part will be added one day), reasonable prices and flexible schedule. I am very glad in terms of results too, I see my troubles clearly and can continue to improve my language skills.

I have had 16 lessons with Zainab and it has been a great experience. She is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material and adjusts it to your individual needs. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient, always encouraging to try harder, persuading that you can do it. I highly recommend it. After 16 individual one-hour classes with Zainab, I couldn't be happier. They offered me a very professional approach, nicely tailored to what I needed and wanted, given the influences from my native language, my personal goals, etc. In terms of content, we covered everything from elementary sounds to nuanced intonations. I wasn't magically converted into a native speaker, but have undoubtedly improved a lot, as well as opened my eyes (or rather... ears) to what I should pay attention to when communicating in English.
