Recently had occasion to hire a motorhome for our first experience in motorhoming. From the first enquiry I cannot praise enough the professionalism of all concerned at Pronto Hire. From the onset the boys were helpful inviting us to visit the site and look at the choice of motorhomes available to meet our needs . Then from booking to collection kept us informed via email with useful links for information. On the day of collection they could not have been more helpful and supportive receiving a comprehensive and detailed handover leaving us egar and ready to set off . Likewise the vehicle return was painless and easy, again met with interest and thoughts of our experiences. Just returned from a long weekend trip to the Brecon Beacons. Gareth was just amazing. We had to alter dates at last minute and Gareth found a way to make it work for us. The motor home was brilliant, everything we needed apart from bedding was on board, it was spotlessly clean and ran like a dream. It had a remote control bed that dropped down over the living area so we were able to make full use of the space. Checking in and out was seamless, all the staff were brilliant but Gareth gets the biggest mention and Thank-you from us. We would highly recommend.
