Extremely unprofessional! I would not recommend Prontaprint to anyone. Staff were incredibly rude, with a bad attitude. Called to finalise and place an order & asked if they could send the dimensions of the card in an email so we could double check it was the right size… her response “can’t you write it down yourself?” Pretty hard to do when you’re driving! When there is so much competition and cheaper companies online, it’s a shame that a local business is not helpful in the slightest.

In times of a people passing its hard to keep on top of things that need to be done. i.e. funeral invitations/order of service. Called up at 1:30pm (close at 5pm) the staff were very polite and helpful I cannot fault their service. Sent my information and images through. By 2:30pm I had my proof ready to be looked over. Once confirmed, had them ready and boxed for me by 4pm. I cannot explain how quick and efficient they were. Highly recommended.
