If I could give zero review I would. It was the first time I went to Pronovias and I had the worst customer service ever. She did not ask me if I want a drink, she did not have ideas in her mind to showed me, it was such a mechanical job. I felt because of I am a women of colour she did not served me properly. So disappointed. And my friend who was served by another lady had the most amazing costumer service. Based on my experience I do not recommend Pronovias

I had a lovely time at the shop trying on dresses. I was able to select a few styles from the website beforehand and I settled on a style I really didn’t want at the beginning. Seeing the dress on your body is very different. The stylist was amazing and helped me with some details I wanted to add. I sadly wasn’t able to wear my dress because of Covid… I still have it though and hopefully will manage to do something with it. Dresses are a bit pricey but the quality is something else. I recommend!
