Just bought a rise and recline chair for my mum who is overjoyed and so grateful to Oliver and his team. From the time we entered the store we were given a warm greeting. Oliver’s knowledge of the products were outstanding and he carefully suggested a petit chair as mum is quite small. A no time did we feel under pressure the emphasis was making sure everything would be right for mum. Not only did Oliver sell us the chair he personally delivered it to her home and demonstrated how it all worked. Do not purchase any mobility aids until you have been to Promenade Mobility! 100% recommendation from us.

Lynne on hols in Scarborough . I’d booked a scooter in advance . Rang Promenade Mobility and was reassured to know that a scooter had been reserved and was ready to collect . North Street car park was close by. I was a little nervous, not having driven a mobility scooter before, but was greeted by Oliver who immediately dispersed my fears. I was given a demo, shown how to use the controls and my husband was shown how to take apart the scooter if we needed to fit it in our vehicle. Also, I was able to try it out in the store, was given a battery charger, just in case it needed a boost, and a phone number to ring if we had any problems at all. I was overall very impressed with the service Oliver provided and I left the store with confidence . I enjoyed the whole experience , was able to keep up speed with my husband and was pain free. I highly recommend Promanade mobility, they also have a shop in Bridlington. Thank you !!!

Ben is brilliant. He helped me to do a part exchange of my previous mobility scooter for a new one which suits my needs perfectly. I first contacted him by email and we had a few emails between us, that day so that Ben knew exactly what I needed. 2 days later I got a taxi to his shop and bought one of the 2 he had thought might be good. He delivered it to my home at a time convenient to me. I love my new scooter. It fits local footpaths and is comfortable to ride even on our bumpy paths. I

Excellent customer service from Oliver the owner. He was so helpful and saved the day. Having bought my 94 year old mother to Scarborough for the day with her mobility scooter we found it was out of action. With the day looking ruined Oliver came to the rescue like a knight in shining armour. So polite an polite and well manned my mam wanted to adopt him.
