Pro-marine have been a brilliant team in helping me buy my first Narrowboat 'Tui'. It's been quite an eventful journey to purchase a boat but pro-marine have helped me every step of the way to get my dream boat! They're very supportive and knowledgeable in the buying process and even in owning a boat. Julie C and Pauline have been fantastic to work with, and have been very encouraging and patient whilst things were organised, surveyed and checked over. She expained every step during the process and what to expect, but was completely honest at all times to make sure this was definitely the boat for me. Promarine explained all the stages patiently and acted as 'project managers' to move things along, communicate to all parties and address issues. The industry is quite a connected one and Promarine people worked closely with, for example, the broker selling the yacht to me. I don't always have great things to say about the service from financial service companies, but this one stands out for me.
