We appointed project 5 to manage all of our IT around five years ago, so why have I taken this long to give them a review? I can only put it down to the fact that they deliver such a high level of brilliant, personal, knowledgeable and friendly service and the fact that they are on hand to install kit, manage changes, fix problems (sometimes before we know we have them) and that they enable us to concentrate on doing what we do whilst they do what they do, liaise with our service management system software providers, VOIP providers, fibre providers, SAGE, and every other area of Tec, IT and software, and in doing what they do, with tireless enthusiasm, perfect levels of communication, a company wide sense of humour and relentless efficiency, they sort of go unnoticed as an external contractor and feel like an in house part of our business and team. My commitment to leave a review follows a recent issue with our FTTP dropping out. A big thank you to Dean Barron and Ryan Westwick, both from project 5, both dealt with the problem (Fibre provider problem) I can absolutely say that without the two of them working together on our behalf to convince the fibre provider that it was their issue, we would still have the problem and the provider would still be claiming it had nothing to do with them. Project 5 are an absolutely key part of our business, they listen, they understand, they respond. 99% of the time a problem is resolved remotely in one call. For me the icing on the cake is that they will communicate at whatever technical level is required with endless patience and understanding. if you are reading this and considering having them join your team, I would 100% recommend Project 5.
