Seemed to do the minimum and didn't get a great feeling about the place. They did a couple of simple repairs which seem to be fine. However I found the service tech indifferent and uninterested. I had to ask a lot of questions to get basic insights and not much was offered up. For example I brought in spare keys to get reprogrammed, I was told they wouldn't work the central locking. Fair enough. However I wasn't told I could simply buy a new key fob. When I figured this was the better option, I was charged again. Obviously I wouldn't have bothered reprogramming the older key if it was better to just buy a new one. Despite spending over £1,000 in other repairs my request to remove the duplicate key programming cost was ignored.

I had my car worked on back in July, and it cost just shy of £2000. 5 months later I take it back in for the issue that had suppose to be fixed... I had only done just over 1000 miles in these few months, oh and I was charged for it... So I collect it and as I'm taking my car home, it doesn't change gear... So back it goes on the same day, I'm then informed by one of the mechanics that they didn't put in enough transmission fluid, I was shocked to hear that, especially from a mechanic that deal with high end sports cars... It makes me wonder if the guys at KwickFit would do a better job...

After calling with a knocking sound in my engine, they asked me to come down and they would take a look straight away as I was unsure if it was safe to drive. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and by home time that evening they had repaired. I couldn't have been more grateful to them. I would hole heartily recommend them.

Had nothing but problems with this garage, spent 7k on my car and after 200 miles had to take it to Porsche to repair it at a cost of another 4k because of damage they said had been caused from mistakes made when putting my car back together. Asked for them to contribute towards the repairs as I did not want the vehicle going back to them and just got ignored! Worst customer service I have ever come across. Go elsewhere.

Do not use this garage they are crooks. I took my Merc in for a service and spent £3000. My car then broke down in Cornwall with a faulty fuel pump. Project 9 had asked me if I had fitted a new pump because it looked brand new. When the AA recovery man looked at the pump the inspection panel had not been open since manufacture. They basically stole £3000 from me. My car is still in Cornwall and I have asked project 9 to recover it and I will let the issue go, but they have refused. Again! do not use this garage they are crooks!!
