The drinks, vibes, decor and staff here are some of the best in the business. There are not many bars in the world at this level, where you have the boutique ingredients and arcane knowledge to fuse them together. Super lucky to have them in Manchester and going for a drink here feels like being in a secret society. If you can find it you're in for a treat! Halcyon is a belting venue hidden inside the bonded warehouses. Proper laid back atmosphere with serious drinks without the pretentiousness. It has a high end feel and asthetic but don't be apprehensive as the team are your best mates by the end of your visit. Visited a few times now and it doesn't matter who's on shift it's consistently on point. The team is proper chatty, approachable, super helpful for those who aren't big into cocktails or happy to geek out on the drinks for those who are. They actually brew their own beer too which is a nice touch. Apparently they're planning on an outdoor terrace which will be a belting addition to that side of the city too! Go for a wander & find them 🤙
