"I phoned Waseem based on the reviews and he was very attentive and got back to me quickly, knowing that our shower was broken and we didnt have another shower or bath in the house. He was able to fit me in on the same day and told me my options clearly. Waseem and Curtis arrived early afternoon with a heads up about 30 mins before. As much as Waseem thought it would be a 45 minute job, unfortunately the person who had fitted the shower before hadn't done a very good job and clearly wasnt a qualified plumber. Waseem worked on this and got the shower installed, which took a couple of hours longer than expected. Despite this, Waseem didnt charge any more and was happy to complete a difficult job where other professionals might delay. Happy to use again."
