Avoid this company like the plague or covid!! 😂 just take a minute to review their responses to customers who have had a bad customer experience like myself. Totally unprofessional manner to respond to paying customers. Alarm bells should ring when a company hide their telephone number from their customers. Had a horrific 6 month ordeal trying to correct their incompetence. Hats off to Revo who agreed that Progressive parts had totally let their brand image down and agreed for my car to be tuned by another of their suppliers free of charge. Fobbed off by Mark a supposed director of the company, lied to me saying he couldn’t get the map from Revo to complete my install, rang Revo and they confirmed it wasn’t the case and they could have done the work. They had had some issues with the servers but Progressive could have downloaded the needed software ahead of my cancelled visit. Let’s see how rude their response is to my justified review, I’m sure they will feel it was all the customers fault 🤣😂

Most awful customer service, sold me a part that did not fit and they refuse to talk to me or accept a return. The item was returned and I have proof but they refuse to respond so having to get a refund via other methods. Terrible people. Edit: following your response, show me where I bullied or threatened your staff? I threatened no one. And yes I did threaten to go to social media. And I have, because all you did was ignore me. Is that good customer service? To ignore people? Especially when it showed that your website listing for the part was inaccurate, I wanted the money back for the part that was didn’t fit the car (because your listing said it fitted all factory fitted spoilers but did not state that it doesn’t fit the soft top models) Also return policies are usually 28 days. Convenient yours isn’t. And following that, you’ve revived the prt back. Signed for. And haven’t bothered to respond again to any email or call. But yet you can reply on here. Playing the victim to a customer you have done nothing to help. So yes terrible customer service. I mentioned nothing about social media until there were several emails I replied to. And I would rather make sure that happens to know one else.

Avoid this company at all cost, I had ordered a revo air intake and they had send me the wrong hoses with it then when I contacted them about it they didn’t care one bit I mean so much for customer service and to top it all off they now don’t even respond to my emails but they didn’t hesitate to take the £576 of me for the air intake that I can’t even use now. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.
