I've been a tenant with Progressive Lets for more than a year. Some of their staff members can be difficult to communicate with and are extremely impolite. But since Tomas Petrikas(HMO manager) took in charge of the property, he would address the issues immediately when you report to him. Although my landlord was not great, but Tomas has been very understanding with the house issues and concerns that anyone had, he sorted alot of things in the house. He is an amazing person, very polite and understanding. My reviews on progressive lets are only changing due to him. I really appreciate all the work that he has put up. I wish him the best for his future.
