6 weeks ago I decided to change my life and get healthy. On my way to work I saw an ad on Facebook about `The Unit'. It advertised a different way to exercise. A non conventional gym with group training. I joined the 6 week programme, met James Parker the Head coach and learned about what Progressive Fitness Unit could do for me. He took my measurements and that very day I attended my first training session with Lee, another of the trainers. It was tough but with the support of Lee and the other group members I made it through and was back the next day!! Me the Exercise Hater became a regular and enthusiastic member. 6 weeks are completed and I am happy to say, I have lost 3kg in weight, almost 10% body fat, and 15 inches from around my body!!! This is just the start of my journey!
