Had absolutely fantastic experience paddle boarding with our great instructor Phil. Wasn’t easy at first half hour as have to learn how to balance and but we were able to stand paddle after an hour or so considering sea condition ( was choppy on our first day). Phil was very good and very knowledgable local guy with lots info about the area. Had lots of laugh! 100% was worth it! Defo recommend. Thanks Phil!

I had my first surf lesson - aged 60 - at Progress and really enjoyed it - and even managed to stand up on my board. The instructors were friendly, relaxed and really clear and helpful. My twin teenage boys had a great time too. Thank you so much. We’ll be back again when we come back to the Gower.
