Used the company twice now, the first time we used them we gave them the benefit of the doubt regarding postage and they did refund it however they was not particularly helpful. On the second occasion it has to be said that their customer service and sizing is as bad as each other. Won’t be returning even though the product is good due to the impersonal and lazy attitude
