Absolute joke. Quoted me 230 for a job then near the completion of the job, the manager who was not involved in the process just changed the price to 400 expected me to pay saying I was confused even tho it was all documented. Go there if you wanna get ripped off.

I had a stainless Proflow exhaust fitted to my Fiat. They overcharged me £30 on my bill and I had to get the money back off of them. About 18 months later the exhaust started leaking and I paid to have it welded locally as going to Brierley Hill was too far to travel. Just recently the middle box had perforated and failed the MOT and needed to be welded. Again, at my expense. The garage at Brierley Hill didn't tell me about the lifetime warranty offered by Proflow at the time of purchase, as I had to register the purchase shortly after having the exhaust fitted. Proflow themselves are completely useless and won't even answer emails etc. I wanted a trouble-free stainless exhaust. What I got was far from it. Avoid. Service: Exhaust
