These were great when they were near cowling mill, I could get brake lines made in two days max. I recently went to their new unit in buckshaw where I said I could do with them asap (I was in a pickle) and got told I'd receive an email / phone call with a time frame and price. Once I'd chased them I received an email saying it would be the following Thursday (assuming I'd paid the same day) I sent an email back confirming things and have not heard a thing since and it's been months. Waste of time
