Normally I enjoy the food here they do a great carvery and the best stroganoff I have ever had. However I was very disappointed with what I received on mother's day. No starters other than Tapas, very limited main courses not impressed. So having no starter I was looking forward to my steak, planning to have this all week, daughter treating me. There was 1 choice of steak a sirloin and I chose to have it with a pepper sauce cooked medium rare. It is came medium to well done and when asked if everything was OK I mentioned this and the waitress said she would tell the manager but I heard no more. The chips looked great but some were raw in the middle. My 16 Yr old saved her money to take me for a special meal so very disappointed. Even the floater coffee did not float. Will still go for carvery but not for a special occasion. Very disappointed and felt like we needed to leave when they started cleaning up around us and it was not even 9 0 clock.

This is one of the worst companies I have worked for. Management told that many lies that forgot what they have said. I read reviews on line which weren't good but thought I'd give them a go. All the negative ones appear to be true. Wish I'd never met them. People I met on site were great. I would avoid this company if you can. No support, can't get staff, Left on site as no night shift organised. Could not get in touch with management. Absolutely terrible.
