Change of tap Ridiculous pricing. Well over £360 per hour for changing a tap! Which he believed would be a couple of hours job (£720). Furthermore there was a call out charge of £60 without even looking at the job. The plumber said he will email me the invoice for £60, but he didn't, probably trying to avoid tax. Although on the Google the company is shown temporarily closed, the Company House website shows the company is still active. This is very frustrating when the Director of the company (as I found out from the Company House) himself is behaving like that. I work hard to earn my wages. So when someone scams money from me, it feels bad. Point to mention, the person was very harsh as well. When we asked why is the labour cost £360 per hour, he told sarcastically, "which part of it you didn't understand?" Anyway, later we got the tap replaced by a genuine, humble plumber who charged £30. I wish I do not come across this type of traders, or human beings in my life again.

Not sure about the quality of the plumbing but the driver of their van registration number SH16 LXA was dangerous, rude and aggressive. His behavior was feral and I wouldn't want someone like that inside my house.

They came to do my job via ERF plumbers, firstly he never came on the night booked, came 1 hr late the next morning, then "fixed" bath drain later the same day. when they left my bathroom was full of water, they had ruined 2 towels with silicon, there was silicon all over the bath and floor. I left it for the night then had a bath the next day and it is leaking, so has flooded my bathroom again. I called the company and they didn't want to know. I have now called another plumber to fix their work. This job cost me nearly £600. Service: Plumbing leak detection
