This professor and his team offer a dreadful and expensive private service.He saw my mum initially for 5 minutes and then ordered various tests. Next time he saw her he had no idea whether she had done the tests or not. Meanwhile my mum was accused of not paying when she had. The private secretary refused to coordinate anything, saying it wasn't his job, with an irritable, uncaring manner, leaving us to call the cashier, the MRI people, etc, more than once. You go private for a quicker, smoother, easier service but this took months. Lastly, he told my mum that her brain was fine when an appointment soon after with the NHS showed she had a subdural hematoma and can't fly, drive or drink. My mum could have been dead, at worst, if she had listened to his conclusion. Appalling.
