Lied on his notes given back to GP, probably to show he had actioned some sort of review when really he had no clue what was wrong with me and said polar opposite face to face. Failed to listen to key facts during the consultation leading to a ridiculous conclusion. I opted to pay privately £200 for this. I want to be listened too and I want the chronology of events explained to be understood when looking to proceed with an outcome. I had a referral letter to give to him and he didnt even read it when he met me for the face to face consultation. The facts were there on what had already taken place and my voiced description also should have been listened too. Poor poor analysis and attempt to understand the problem. Isn't trouble shooting a gastroenterology related issue the reason these costly consultations are there? He provided less help and less considered guidance than the GPs & Boots pharmacists whose expertise are *not* in this field.
