Prof Ali Ghoz performed arthroscopic surgery on my right knee in April. Although it is has only been 6 weeks since my surgery I have made rapid progress (thanks also to my physiotherapist). I can walk normally (I can now easily walk over 50km per week). It is exceedingly difficult to tell from viewing my knee that I have had surgery at all. I chose Professor Ali Ghoz to perform Complex Revision Right knee Replacement Surgery as this was a follow up to an initial Replacement Surgery first performed in 2016 at another hospital in London under a different Surgeon. Professor Ali Ghoz was extremely professional and spent time going thru the complex process explaining the pros and cons of such a complex operation. Suffice to say that i am extremely pleased with his work and would 100% recommend him to anyone requiring knee replacement surgery. His back office team need mentioning to as they were professional in approach and kept me posted every step of the journey to recovery. I had to spend 4 nights at Cromwell Hospital and would also like to praise the nursing staff there.They too deserve credit in the aftercare service they provide. I met Prof Ali Ghoz this summer, when I was almost unable to walk due to an out-of-nowhere pain all over the pelvic area. After discussing it with Prof Ghoz we run several in-deep exams (MRI & ultrasound) and a bilateral hip injections was decided as the best way forward. Prof Ghoz clearly & patiently walked me through the all process, he also made sure we had a monthly catch up after the surgery and, lastly, he pointed me to the best physiotherapy to complete my recovery. Definitely recommended!
