Popped in to ask about a problem with a mobility scooter, was told to drop it in for them to check it, no charge, I got a call to tell me their findings, duff motor, resulting in them telling me it's not worth repairing, I went to collect it, to be confronted with a hard sale ànd was not allowed to collect said scooter, a couple of days later I went back to confront and collect my scooter to be told, and I quote what do you want it back for. I could write more, rest assured I would never recommend or use them again.
