Not professional at all! I did my course back in 2020 and it was awful. From using a banana to practice injecting techniques to having the most hideous clown certificate, to studying in a shoddy room with a tiny projector on the wall I just can’t believe how unprofessional everything was! Everything about this company and their courses are very alarming.

Totatally enjoy the course from the all previous courses I done before this one is the most informative and helpfull Alots of zoom meetings before you attending the course, help with any of the questions u have a full pack of manual information ,practise on the clients is one to one basic. Help to cover all areas you learn about. Extra training day to work with clients. Working and Education area are very clean and spaceous. Complimentary lunch is also includet during the day. Online help and alot of helpfull videos during the course. All teacher’s are fully qualified doctors . Very recommend this academy. Thank you guys for a such an informative and good teaching.

There's nothing professional about the Professional Aesthetics Academy. I had a bad experience with this company. I asked for a refund when it became clear that I'd effectively spent close to two thousand pounds on 3 poor quality zoom meetings of 45 minutes filmed on the Dentist's phone as she pointed to screen-grabbed anatomy images on her scratched ipad screen. I found her accent difficult to understand which, coupled with the poor video and sound quality left me feeling I'd learned nothing. This is not the kind of training I would feel any pride or confidence in going forwards. And I would not want to be a client of anybody who learned with this company. Going into aesthetics I would want to know I can serve my clients well but I did not leave feeling like I could serve them at all as I had not been adequately trained. When I asked for a refund on the grounds the course wasn't being delivered with reasonable care and skill and is not of a satisfactory quality, my request was denied; but only after I'd been strung along and led to believe I would be refunded if I gave them enough feedback. I spent an hour of my time writing a feedback email with pointers on how they could improve, only for this to be metaphorically thrown back in my face as Mr Alvi disagreed with my experience and told me I would not be refunded. I made him aware that I had spent my lifesavings on this course, as I had lost everything including my previous career during covid, by he showed no mercy. After this, I tried to meet half way by suggesting I could take the 'course' again (the 3 zoom calls of 45 minutes each again) if the problems I mentioned were rectified (sound and filming quality to be adequate) and I be offered a reasonable discount on the second half of the course. The 'second half' being a day in London injecting poor unsuspecting people in the face without being properly trained. Seeing as the only way to pay for this course is by bank transfer and not on credit card, you don't get the financial protection a credit card would afford you. I'd be very careful. They might reply saying they don't recognise my name or that my review is 'fake'; I go by an alias on trustpilot. In summary, If you're considering a career in aesthetics and want to be professionally taught and supported, I'd look elsewhere.

I can’t recommend professional aesthetics academy enough!! Today I completed my foundation & advance Botox training as well as online lectures prior to today’s training. The Dr’s are extremely informative and are so helpful with each step of the training. I left my training feeling extremely confident with treating clients and with a wealth of knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to do more courses.
