I have had 2 procedures with Prof Pollok and I would highly recommend him. He was very understanding and listened to all my concerns which really helped calm my anxiety before the procedures. I really appreciated Prof Pollok taking the time to go over the diagnosis straight after the procedures and back in clinic he thoroughly explained my condition as well as treatment options. Overall, I was very impressed by the medical care that I received from Prof Pollok and I found him both knowledgeable and approachable with a kind and understanding nature. I'm truly grateful to have been treated by Prof Pollok.

Perhaps too stretched, we went to see Prof pollock privately. Initially supposed to be face to face it turned into a 15 minute call, not even on video. We didn’t feel very reassured. Secondly after the ultrasound we didn’t get a write up of it. Only told verbally things were alright. After chasing several times we got a letter some 4 months later. It felt like he was too busy and the secretary unempathetic.
