Having emailed several times I got through on the phone finally to someone who felt unhelpful at every turn, pointed out they're based in Gloucester and it wouldnt be worth travelling to Worcestershire to clean a sofa she would want a whole house to do(why they advertise worcestershire as an area covered I do not know) she said I'd be waiting until the end of march and she guessed it would cost about 800 pounds. I gave up at this point.

After the great reviews I was keen to use this company for our home carpet clean. Particularly as it claims to be environmentally friendly. However despite repeated attempts to get in touch (webform, 2 emails, voice message), nobody contacted me to arrange the visit. Disappointed by the lack of service.
