Good service and the best price on a particular item I was looking for that was reduced in their spring sale. Email updates and tracking and fast delivery. Can't ask for more. Follow up service could be improved, however. I found an apparent fault with the item I bought and my reply email was ignored.

I used Andertons to buy a speaker which became faulty (not their fault). They were AMAZING from start to finish. They tried to get it repaired with the manufacturer and when that took too long, they replaced it and delivered it to my house with no hassle and no quibbles. I didn't need to fill out lengthy paperwork nor be given a headache about it. I am really happy about their service and will definitely be using them in future if I require any products. Their customer service is ten out of ten!!!!

You just lost a sale by charging £6.99 for a small item to be posted to N.Ireland whereas the rest of the UK is free postage. Bloody shocking.. ............................................... Response to Andertons response. Then use royal mail for small items. Its not rocket science.

Visited here for the first time to buy a bass guitar. Absolutely amazing place. So well kitted out, even with private practice booths (something I’ve not seen anywhere else). Staff are helpful but not pushy. I don’t live close by but I’m going to be a regular customer - it’s worth the trip!
