I purchased a hi viz vest from this company a few weeks ago. I required a bigger size so I contacted them and agreed to send the vest back for an exchange. I sent the item back and I have provided on several occasions proof of postage but they are claiming not to have received the parcel resulting in them refusing my replacement. Complete joke of a company and very unprofessional, I would avoid at all cost!!!!
