During my quote collection process, Donatas was most responsive and patient person who was able to iterate with me on my plans and walk me through the process. I have a demanding work schedule and sometimes I won’t have time to attend to renovation related communication till late in the evening. But no matter how late I email / text, Donatas always responded promptly, In addition, he offered free design service as part of the project if quotation was accepted. Overall I really appreciate his time and patience. I found them to be very helpful especially considering this is my first renovation project. I’m very happy how everything turned out, all the details are just superb!!! Especially mitre cuts in the wet room niche!!!

We had a leaky tiled shower in our master bath. We called Protiling ltd. to essentially remove the tiled shower and retile it, including the shower pan. They gave us good information before beginning the work, and as the work progressed. They kept us involved by explaining what work would be done each day and what the purpose was, and guided us through a few decisions; for example, one option would have involved removing some wood which might affect the paint of the wall in the adjoining bedroom. They would have repainted if we had the right paint color, but I wasn't sure about that, so we chose the other option. More importantly, tiled showers are apparently fairly difficult to get right, but Donatas and his crew did a great job. There was a test leaving water in the shower pan overnight to verify there was no leak before an additional layer of waterproofing and the tiles were installed. The end result is great! The shower looks very nice and doesn't leak. They even reinstalled the glass walls and door which they thought we'd need to contract with a separate company, and for what seemed like a pretty low price. The estimate was not the least expensive of the people we had talked to, but for the final cost he actually wanted to charge us slightly less than original estimate. In short, it was a great experience working with protiling and I would gladly recommend them.
