We had the Pro 12 UFH overlay system installed in our 1850s property in York with poor access. The service from start to finish has been incredible, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been friendly and helpful throughout and this continued when Mark came onsite to quote. We are amateur renovators and this was very new to us, thankfully Mark always made himself available to answer my phonecalls and alleviated all of my worries, and for that I am very grateful. When it came to the installation, the three lads were great and got on with the job professionally and efficiently.
