On arrival in French Polynesia, I needed a new windlass. Ben from Pro Marine Store quickly replied to all my emails, evenings or weekends. Soon he'd organised delivery, seen to the export paperwork and found a transporter to deliver the windlass to Tahiti. Ben followed up the delivery and kept me informed all along.
