UPDATE A return visit is scheduled for tomorrow for reseeding and raking out of any moss beforehand. Perhaps my expectations have been unreasonable regards results following treatment, scarifying and seeding almost 5 weeks ago. Despite following the aftercare instructions there is poor growth with a large amount of moss still visible, some of which is dead. Areas are completely bald. I had expected a return visit by now (2 or 3 weeks after treatment is stated) but on contacting the team during week 5 I’ve been instructed to continue with watering daily for a further 2 weeks and they will visit again after 2 weeks. So let me just clarify, no return visit proposed until after almost 7 weeks. I’m deeply disappointed and sadly regret making full payment before reviewing the results. Awaiting a call from the technical person.

excellent service from Kyle who visited on Tuesday to carry out maintenance for our garden but was unable to get in as our gate was locked left a message and after we contacted him came back this afternoon to complete work required. We have use this firm for several years now and our grass is looking great they are very professional, email us before every visit to remind us and are great value. The work was the application of granular fertiliser to my grassed area. Which was well done. Paying for it online via World Pay was a poor experience. I had to fill in all my details which Prolawn already have, this got me to the World Pay site where I had to fill in my card details. This took as long as the application of the fertiliser. Next time I will revert to doing a bank transfer. Service: Yard work
