Big thank you to Paul and the guys at Pro Fry, I run a mobile coffee van in York and have been have issues with my generator for a couple of years. I came across paul on social media who happened to have a generator for sale. I made the early morning drive to Peterborough to have it fitted, Paul dropped me at the train station so I spent the day in London and once the generator was fitted he picked me up again, now 4 weeks and great to be back out selling coffee. We cannot recommend Profry Ltd highly enough. We purchased a new Fish & Chip mobile van in November 2021 and have been so happy with the service we received, as well as the high quality of the vehicle. We were starting from scratch with an idea of the design aesthetics we wanted, but not a huge amount of industry knowledge to enable us to make informed decisions about the internal ergonomics of the van, when in service. Paul at Profry is incredibly knowledgeable in the industry and was happy to share his experiences and knowledge openly, guiding us while also hearing our plans and hopes for the van. Paul was with us through the complete process from start to finish and his passion for what Profry Ltd do shines through. With regular updates we were never left in the dark. Throughout the purchasing process and long after, Paul’s support just kept coming, never once was he unavailable for any quick questions or a longer discussion. He travelled two and a half hours (one way!) to provide a day’s training, and again to be with us on our opening night - We couldn’t have done it without him! My thanks to Paul from Pro Fry, purchased a new Fryers and filter machine before Christmas. Unfortunately I can’t get my fryer fitted at the moment, but have used the new filter machine, man I am blown away with how good a job that it does. And so easy to use, I reckon that I will recover the cost of the machine in no time with the savings on oil. The machine is over engineered with high end stainless steel, so going to last a long time. So compared to my last filter unit I rate this one 💯 better like chalk and cheese A win win, less cost on oil and better quality of food.
