Finally a reliable and affordable cleaning company in London! I hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning, including carpet cleaning and they were very professional. Came to my house on time and did an excellent job. I got my full deposit back from the landlord. Before finding them online, I went through tons of reviews of other companies that were either extremely expensive, didn't clean properly or were complete scams! Thankfully, reviews exist and save people a lot of money. Edit: also, the house is huge so the fact that they finished everything in 4 hours is amazing. Highly recommend pro cleaning. We needed a deep clean service rather quickly as we moved into a property which hadn’t been given a thorough clean. Communication from office was quick and they did everything possible to schedule us in. The staff were prompt and incredibly thorough. We had boxes in the way and they worked around it. Removed some of the most difficult stains. Don’t hesitate to use them.

I was desperate for an end of tenancy clean as I was moving into my property the next day & after calling all other companies with disappointment and over expensive services, I was pleasantly surprised the owner of proclean london made it a priority to fit me in. I was informed my the owner of a time, as well as when the cleaners were 15 minutes away. I was cautious at first of paying the upfront fee before the cleaning was done but I was absolutely delighted with the results. The previous tenant had been in the properly for over 8 years and when I came back it was like brand new. They did a fantastic job as well as the oven was close enough to brand new! I would definitely trust and recommend for anyone wanting first class service and a owner who genuinely cares & will go out his way. Thank you very much.
