I just wanted to let you know that the service yesterday was absolutely spot-on! Jean arrived on-time (in fact a little early), and clearly made our three elderly relatives feel immediately comfortable. They felt like royalty, and when I met them at Church prior to my father-in-law’s funeral they could not stop talking about Jean and the luxurious nature of the car and their journey. When I met Jean after my father-in-law’s funeral, I found him polite and helpful. Jean looked after our family members throughout the time they were with him, and as I waved them off on their homeward journey they were like giggly schoolgirls. Jean and your service generally really made a difference on what was by its nature an event tinged with sadness. Thank you for your contribution to the day.

In conjunction with our Emirates flights abroad we used the executive vehicle/driver service - collection to and from our home address to Manchester Airport in January and February 2023. The whole experience provided quality with professional friendly staff and new vehicles. I would use such again for lengthy periods away from home and when travelling lengthy distances to and from U.K. airports. Used Privilege Cars recently as a surprise for my partner’s 60th birthday. Picked up from Leeds and taken to London Heathrow airport. Collected on time, the drive down was smooth and the Driver (Jan) was very good. Got us there in very good time. Also used them for the return journey back to Leeds a week later, and although our flight was 2 hours late arriving our driver on this occasion (Stuart) waited patiently for us to arrive. Very friendly staff and extremely easy to arrange. 10/10

Privilege cars were great on our wedding day. We had 3 Merc E-class and the drivers were all really nice, perfectly on time and they even waited while there was a slight delay with the venue. Would 100% use again and value for money was good.
