** APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE ** Pool was fun but would never go back here again and would not recommend. Customer sevice was absolutley appaling . The lady was rude and ignorant. Literally was going to kick us out as we were getting changed as the cleaner was waiting . Very unprofesional and pool was not set up when we got there waited an extra 30 mins just for them to set up . Overall customer service was disgusting and the lady was horrible she needs to sory her attitude out or shes going to be out of business very soon.

Nice and clean privet swimming pool. They make sure that health and safety measures are in place. Also the make sure that the swimming pool is completely private no one can enter. Will come back again. Good for no more than 10 people.

My son loved it. He wanted a pool party but just with his mates. Location is a little difficult to find. It is kind of hidden. But once in the pool it was really good fun especially with the music system. I booked it for 3hrs which, in hindsight is way too much. 2hrs would be perfect.

My partner and I used the pool tonight for the first time! The waters lovely and clean, warm and we couldn't have asked for more. It was amazing to be able to swim. I haven't been in a pool since Covid. Lovely hot shower too! The lady was so lovely and welcoming. An added plus was you can play your own music! We have booked to go back, can't wait!

absolutely poor service, asked if the pool is available for a pecific ‘date’ response given back was what time mentioned ‘time’, replied back ‘its available on a evening only in schooll term holidays’ so asked what time is available for that day response given back was they fully booked for the whole month!! why would you ask me time if you are fully booked for the whole month, and also one of my mates messaged them 3 weeks before her birthday to book and got a response back just 2 days before her birthday and yeah shes called ‘majoh/ maryum’ before you respond back you don’t know anything about it...poor service and just reading reviews regarding how rude they are , would never visit.

Fantastic pool, have used this pool many times and it’s perfect for our growing family. It is easy to book and friendly upon arrival. We got late today but we were still given our full time despite them having further bookings for the day. Pool was warm and clean. Would definitely recommend. it’s perfect for privacy and prices are very reasonable. Thank you

The facilities were decent however the woman who greeted us was rude and very unwelcoming. she abruptly asked us to take our shoes off the mats, even though she was wearing muddy shoes on the mat herself. Not even a hello or how are you, just told us we had to be out of there asap once the time was up. She was awkward when we left, just on her phone and didn’t even bother to say bye. Customer service at this place definitely needs work! Wouldn’t go there again and that’s purely because the customer service was very underwhelming.

We were invited to a birthday party, the kids enjoyed it. The venue which could be nice needs a lot of attention, the pool sides where the water goes we’re filthy, the flip flops provided should of been cleaned prior as these were dirty, the roof was dropping water (possibly condensation) from many places so despite me not going in the pool I was very wet, needs ventilation, there are two showers which weren’t great and a very small changing area, the floor round the pool is so wet and nowhere for the water to go so anytbing you put down was sodden. Parking which is charged for is less of a car oark and more mounds of dirt behind your car to back up to As I say it could be so much better and not somewhere I would visit again unless improvements were made
