Sneaky Parking company... They steal vehicles without legal paperwork !!! BPA informed, they take it to a dodgy car towing company . Everyone else get onto BPA watch Jakob run home working without following covid guidelines. Putting parking tickets in their mouth before putting on your windscreen. All polish so probably illegally working for bonuses for the amount of tickets they do . Turning up without signed uniform . Pretty aggressive when you pull them up about no PPE and leaving things on your vehicle during covid . Also worth having a look on you tube about this company....... ghosting tickets!!!!!

Horribly rude customer service who shouted at me when I was simply politely asking questions, they issued me 2 tickets in 2 days and only sent me the paperwork for one (I won the appeal on this) but has left one of them unable to appeal, absolute disgusting scammers

An absolute disgrace. PPS operatives hiding in flats, parking their own vehicle against parking regulations, then popping out and taking photos from a distance. Very worrying that these people do not require any uniform or identification while carrying out this public job, unless they do!? Stay well away from Neptune way, Harrow, the attendant there is not playing fair, apparently, he gets threatening if approached also! The look I got was very intimidating!

Disgusting company, praying on innocent people to scam them. I had an emergency and had to pull over to a vacant parking bay to attend my unwell child, there was this guy in parked car right opposite to me who got out and started taking pictures of my car. I couldn't work out what was going on as he was dressed in a fully black clothing and nothing else to show he is representing PPS, its quite intimidating as well when someone taking pictures of you suddenly. Anyway I moved the car quickly, but got a PCN , I had only been there 1 minute and 30 seconds as per their own proof. My appeal is rejected. But I will fight this what ever it takes! Don't give in to theses scammers!

Biggest collection ( no pun intended ) of chin dribblers. Called to understand why we had a ticket, they swore at me down the phone, very intimidated and will now be paying because I’m afraid of the people he said they will send. Not even going to bother arguing. Frightening experience. Avoid their parking at all costs. Tempted to call police advice as it’s really shook me up,

Extremely rude customer service with no apparent hierarchy when trying to speak to a different and maybe sensible person and the company does not have knowledge on its own parking sites to be able to assist appropriately remotely. Very dissapointing and unbelievable in this modern day and age. Should the experience change I'll be very surprised seeing the already 'fantastic' rating.
