I have been attending the practice for over ten years now. the receptionists are literally outstanding, I don’t know how they do it but they do it exceptionally. The level of care is 5 star from the beginning to the end. I have had a multitude of issues with my back, Dr Dunn has supported me through various treatments and has so much compassion for me, she truly is an incredible doctor, she always has my best interests at heart and is honest and helpful, she’ll investigate to make sure I am getting the best treatment for my problems. I have seen various doctors here for different reasons, they are amazing; and I would also like to add Dr Jossen and Dr Peck have been a huge support to my family. The doctors and receptionists here have so much knowledge and compassion. Lauren, Terri, Jules, Holly, Sam (to name just some) but all the receptionists, they will go above and beyond to help you despite having such a huge workload. Thank you so much for everything. I have been using the Private GP Services at Springfield hospital for a number of years now and only have praise for the professionalism and levels of service they offer . Yes you have to pay for these services but in this world I believe you get what you pay for . All the private doctors listen to what you have to say , and you certainly don't feel as if you are on a time restriction . I would highly recommend the Private GP Services at Springfield , you won't be dissapointed .

What a fab practice - from reception who raised my query with the GPs, arranged for me to email details through, and then to the GP (Dr Peck) calling me back the same day with a treatment plan, advice, and a prescription to collect. Real service and empathy.

I recently saw Dr Peck and Dr Josson O’Connell at the Private Practice. The speed, care and urgency with which they dealt with my symptoms and situation was outstanding. Further treatment was required in my case and although not directly involved with my treatment both doctors helped me to find an exceptional consultant and kept checking in on my progress. None of this was part of their jobs but their care was exceptional. I could not recommend this practice and these wonderful doctors highly enough.

This is the only GP service I trust. They are knowledgeable - in a way you would expect a GP to be - thorough, and work WITH you to help you with any ill Heath you may have. My experience is that the GP’s door doesn’t close at 5pm. We have always been treated as individuals, my daughter and I, and therefore not just another patient. Exceptional.
