    It would have been our 2nd stay at this apartment. Surprisingly be aware of a high additional fee when planning to check in after 7pm (the later the more it costs in addition. Up to 100GBP extra). For our booking case: No cancelation or midification of the booking possible (even in Corona times). We asked several times if it is possible to come later during the year or to cancel free of charge. But "Paul's assistant (that the name of the person who answers emails) refuses cooperation completly. I can only warn to book this place.
